Shift Type: 16hr Day shifts, flexible staffing including evenings and nights

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to boarder patients in a very busy Level 1 trauma ED
Tend to diverse cases from med/surg, stepdown, and ICU levels
Float to acute units as needed to support the team
Respond swiftly in high-acuity situations making a real difference
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
Resume with no gaps and strong ED references
ED skills checklist completed
Badge-appropriate photo for quick onboarding

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in high-volume ED operations
Skilled in trauma care and patient stabilization
Experienced with boarder patient management
Adaptable to floating across acute care units
Strong clinical assessment and prioritization
