Shift Type: Sunday, Monday, Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities and promote patient comfort
Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in the state of New Mexico
Completed COVID-19 vaccine series or approved medical/religious exemption
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
