Roles & Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures with care and precision
Collect and label blood specimens accurately to ensure patient safety
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with standards
Provide excellent patient interaction and reassurance during procedures
Document all collections and handle specimens according to protocols

Qualifications

Valid phlebotomy certification (e.g., CPT, ASCP, NHA)
Experience in a clinical setting is a plus
Strong attention to detail and patient-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in venipuncture and capillary techniques
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
