Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
Inspect and test instruments to ensure proper function and sterility
Maintain inventory levels and organize sterile supply storage
Document sterilization processes and maintain quality assurance records
Collaborate with surgical teams to meet urgent instrument needs

Qualifications

Current Sterile Processing certification required (CRCST, CSPDT, or equivalent)
License/Certificate Verification required prior to start
Must pass Trinity Skills Checklist and Competency Testing
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control practices
Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with automated endoscope reprocessors and steam sterilizers
