Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM, 2 out of 3 weekends, block scheduling available

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $88 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patients' physical, psychological, and emotional needs
Administer medications safely following the Five Rights
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments
Respond quickly to emergencies and life-threatening situations
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Nebraska
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
PALS and ATT certifications preferred
Labor and Delivery experience required
Compassionate and patient-focused mindset

Education

Bachelors degree (B.S.N.), Associates degree (A.D.N.), or Diploma from an accredited college of nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning
Medication administration and patient education
Emergency response and critical thinking
Staff assignment and performance improvement
Strong communication and teamwork skills
