Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses
Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

Current and active LPN license in the state of North Carolina
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols
Strong clinical assessment skills
Proficiency in electronic health records
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
