Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other therapists to ensure holistic patient care
Educate patients and families on exercise programs and fall prevention strategies
Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Valid Pennsylvania physical therapy license (or ability to obtain before start)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
New graduates are encouraged to apply - we welcome all experience levels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
CPR certification (BLS) preferred

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation techniques
Proficient in patient assessment and treatment planning
Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual patient needs
Excellent documentation and time management skills
