Shift Type: Every weekend (Friday-Sunday), 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform patient set-ups for overnight sleep testing to ensure accurate diagnostic evaluations
Record overnight polysomnographic and video recordings to capture sleep activity and detect disorders
Communicate and coordinate activities with the Sleep Lab section leader and supervisor
Administer sleep medications per policy to support patient care and study outcomes

Qualifications

Graduate from an AMA approved college program or at least one year of experience in polysomnography, neurodiagnostics, or respiratory therapy
Current Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist (PSGT) license upon submission
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) through the BRPT
Healthcare Provider BLS certification

Education

Graduate from an American Medical Association (AMA) approved college program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in polysomnography and sleep testing procedures
Patient setup and monitoring for overnight studies
Understanding of neurodiagnostic and respiratory therapy basics
Strong communication and coordination abilities
