Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication and quality of life
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
Provide education and support to patients and families

Qualifications

Valid NH Speech-Language Pathologist license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Speech therapy assessment and intervention
Dysphagia management
Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC)
Documentation and compliance with regulations
Team collaboration and communication
