Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Shift 2, flexible scheduling

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
Current CPR certification (BLS)
At least one year of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and management
Wound care and infection control
Electronic health records (EHR) proficiency
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
