Shift Type: Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 3 shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for adult med-surg patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to physicians.
Provide patient and family education on disease processes and self-care.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state required
Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg experience
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge & Skills

BLS certification
Med-surg nursing principles and practice
Point Click EMR proficiency
Patient assessment and critical thinking
Time management and prioritization
