Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and assist interventional procedures across EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular and Cardiac service lines
• Prepare procedure rooms and equipment (Philips c-arms, Merge Vericis) to ensure smooth case flow
• Monitor and care for patients before, during and after procedures, following BLS and ACLS protocols
• Document procedures and patient data accurately in Epic and the hemodynamic system
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe, efficient lab environment
• Respond professionally and promptly when covering on-call shifts and rotating call duties
• Participate in department orientation and ongoing competency development

Qualifications

• Active RN license OR RCIS/ARRT credential for cath lab technologists
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience in at least 3 service lines required)
• Comfortable working across EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular and Cardiac procedures
• Flexible, self-starting attitude and ability to take direction and work as part of a team
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call and weekend coverage

Education

• Current RN license OR accredited RCIS/ARRT certification (as applicable to role)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven experience with Cardiac Cath Lab procedures and interventional modalities
• Familiarity with Philips c-arms and Merge Vericis hemodynamic systems
• Proficient documentation skills in Epic EMR
• Strong patient monitoring and emergency response capabilities (BLS/ACLS)
• Ability to work in 3–4 person teams and adapt to variable case complexity
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced procedural environment
