Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality in-center dialysis treatment following PSKC protocols
• Monitor patients closely and document clinical status during treatments
• Operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment under RN supervision
• Educate and train patients on home dialysis techniques when appropriate
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to support patient care plans
• Maintain compliance with certifications, infection control and safety standards
• Support multiple clinic coverage with professionalism and adaptability

Qualifications

• Current CHT or CCHT certification required
• Current Washington State MA-HT certification or ability to obtain
• Current CPR with BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Previous dialysis experience required (in-center dialysis experience preferred)
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts, including AM or PM coverage and Saturday availability
• Reliable, patient-centered communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on dialysis treatment and patient monitoring
• Familiarity with renal dialysis patient care and in-center workflows
• CPR/BLS competency and emergency response awareness
• Patient education techniques, including home dialysis instruction
• Ability to cover multiple clinic locations and adapt to varied teams
• Comfortable with AM or PM shift routines and clinic scheduling
