Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care at the bedside
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to orders
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team promptly
Document assessments, interventions, and progress in clear, timely notes
Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and facility staff to support care plans
Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence whenever possible
Support family communication and contribute to a comforting environment

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Massachusetts (required)
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
Comfortable working in a long-term care / skilled rehab setting
Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused attitude

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid fundamentals in medication administration and wound care
Resident assessment and recognition of change in condition
Clear documentation and charting habits
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Infection control and safety best practices
Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical setting
