Shift Type: Variable schedule including both weekend days (must work both weekends); 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Afternoon/Evening shift), day shift
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility support, maintaining dignity and comfort
- Support mealtime and nutritional needs while documenting intake when required
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe care environment
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete accurate documentation and pass meaningful handoffs at shift change
Qualifications
- Current LNA / Licensed Nursing Assistant certification (as required for the role)
- Local candidate only — must live locally or be able to commute reliably
- Must have own transportation
- Must be able to provide own housing for the assignment
- Available to work both weekend days as required by the schedule
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent and LNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of ADLs and basic nursing assistant responsibilities
- Ability to observe, document, and report resident changes accurately
- Familiarity with infection prevention and safety practices
- Good time management and teamwork skills in a fast-paced care setting
- Basic charting and documentation skills
