Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Variable schedule including both weekend days (must work both weekends); 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Afternoon/Evening shift), day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
Assist with safe transfers and mobility support, maintaining dignity and comfort
Support mealtime and nutritional needs while documenting intake when required
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe care environment
Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Complete accurate documentation and pass meaningful handoffs at shift change

Qualifications

Current LNA / Licensed Nursing Assistant certification (as required for the role)
Local candidate only — must live locally or be able to commute reliably
Must have own transportation
Must be able to provide own housing for the assignment
Available to work both weekend days as required by the schedule
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and LNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of ADLs and basic nursing assistant responsibilities
Ability to observe, document, and report resident changes accurately
Familiarity with infection prevention and safety practices
Good time management and teamwork skills in a fast-paced care setting
Basic charting and documentation skills
