Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition during your shift
• Assist nursing team with safe patient transfers and mobility support
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in resident charts and handoffs
• Communicate effectively with nurses, disciplines, and families to support resident needs
• Adhere to infection control protocols and facility policies to keep residents safe

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential; eligible for VT or NH practice as indicated
• Availability and willingness to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Local candidates only for this assignment (LOCAL ONLY). No RTO required.
• Comfortable working in long-term or skilled nursing settings and collaborating with care teams
• Current basic health clearance and required facility onboarding completed prior to start

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification / state license

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong resident-centered care skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take and record accurate vital signs and observe clinical changes
• Good communication and teamwork with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team
• Basic charting and documentation skills
• Familiarity with safe resident handling and infection prevention practices
