Shift Type: Rotating day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday (local weekend rotation)
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, promoting dignity and independence
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Perform vital signs and routine observations, reporting any changes in condition to the nursing team
- Document care accurately and promptly in resident charts to ensure continuity and safety
- Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to protect residents and yourself
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
- Participate in care planning and follow care plans to meet individual resident needs
- Maintain infection control standards and a clean, safe environment for residents
Qualifications
- Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification; valid in New Hampshire (VT certification a plus)
- CPR/BLS certification (current) or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Minimum experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred but new grads welcome
- Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the assigned rotating schedule
Education
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on resident care and ADL assistance
- Basic clinical skills: vital signs, documentation, observation
- Infection prevention and safety best practices
- Comfortable with electronic charting or paper chart systems
- Effective verbal communication with residents and care teams
- Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs during shift
