Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services via telepractice to support academic and communication goals
• Develop clear, student-centered treatment plans and measurable IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting in accordance with district guidelines
• Provide culturally responsive services and adapt therapy to meet diverse learner needs

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon SLP license required (must be active or pending with clear timeline to active)
• Experience providing telepractice services and conducting remote evaluations
• Skilled in school-based service delivery, including evaluation and direct therapy
• Comfortable working with K-12 students and collaborating with school teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with telepractice platforms and remote assessment tools
• Knowledge of speech-language assessment methods and intervention strategies
• Familiarity with school IEP processes, documentation, and timelines
• Ability to design engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for remote delivery
• Caseload management, data collection, and progress monitoring skills
