Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical function and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and gait training
- Document progress clearly and timely in the patient record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve goals
- Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies to maximize recovery
- Monitor outcomes and modify plans of care based on patient response
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment
Qualifications
- Current license to practice Physical Therapy in New Hampshire, or ability to obtain one prior to start
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy accepted where applicable
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained upon hire
- Clinical experience in inpatient or outpatient rehab settings preferred
- Strong patient communication and documentation skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy where applicable
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
- Experience with patient assessment, care planning, and progress tracking
- Comfortable using electronic medical records for documentation
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and patient education techniques
- Ability to prioritize caseload and manage time effectively
