Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients thoroughly and develop individualized nursing care plans
Implement and evaluate nursing interventions to achieve best patient outcomes
Provide direct clinical nursing care across the lifespan — infants to geriatrics
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to maintain high standards of care
Lead and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary staff to ensure smooth operations
Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license (required)
Minimum 6 months of medical-surgical nursing experience (required)
Demonstrated ability in patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, and care planning
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across disciplines
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain (if required by employer)

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical nursing practice grounded in assessment, diagnosis, and care planning
Medical-surgical nursing principles and best practices
Population care across age groups: pediatrics through geriatrics
Ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
