Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate non-clinical activities that keep the department running smoothly
Serve patients in areas other than direct patient care, providing a helpful presence
Manage documentation and maintain accurate records with attention to detail
Communicate clearly with clinical teams, patients, and visitors to facilitate operations
Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to support patient-centered services

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a healthcare non-clinical or administrative role preferred
Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
Comfortable working onsite at the Denver location
Ability to pass standard background and credential checks as required

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred where applicable

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with hospital or healthcare facility operations
Proficient with common office software (email, word processing, spreadsheets)
Detail-oriented with good record-keeping habits
Customer-service mindset and professional bedside manner for patient-facing interactions
Awareness of privacy practices (HIPAA) and confidentiality best practices
