Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients comprehensively and document findings clearly
Design individualized treatment programs to restore strength, range of motion, coordination, and alignment
Deliver therapeutic modalities and hands-on interventions to reduce pain and improve function
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care in collaboration with referring physicians
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and strategies to maintain gains
Practice in accordance with the California State Practice Act and clinic policies

Qualifications

Current CA Physical Therapist License (required)
Clinical experience evaluating and treating a variety of musculoskeletal and functional impairments
Proficiency in treatment planning and therapeutic modalities
Strong communication skills for collaborating with physicians, patients, and care teams
Full-time availability and commitment to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Therapeutic modalities and hands-on techniques
Rehabilitation principles for restoring movement and function
Pain management strategies
Range of motion and muscle strengthening techniques
Coordination training and body alignment correction
Familiarity with the California State Practice Act
