Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, outpatient-focused family medicine care for patients across the lifespan
Build and maintain long-term, patient-centered relationships with individuals and families
Deliver comprehensive preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
Collaborate closely with experienced clinical and administrative staff to coordinate care
Contribute to the health and wellness of a rural community through meaningful clinical work
Ensure accurate, timely documentation and uphold practice standards and compliance
Participate in practice improvement efforts and support a positive clinic culture

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in New York State
DEA certification or eligibility
A passion for community-focused, patient-centered primary care

Education

MD or DO from an accredited medical school; completion of Family Medicine residency

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient primary care and family medicine expertise
Ability to care for patients across the lifespan with empathy and clinical skill
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative practice
Comfort working in a rural healthcare setting and building community relationships
Commitment to maintaining certifications and continuing medical education
