Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate patient care to help individuals reach their maximum physical performance
• Conduct individualized patient evaluations to identify functional limitations and goals
• Design and implement goal-directed, customized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
• Deliver hands-on treatments and therapeutic exercises based on best-practice clinical reasoning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress clearly and timely, and adjust plans as patients advance toward goals
• Educate patients and families on home programs, injury prevention, and safe mobility strategies

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana or ability to obtain state licensure
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy considered
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Professional, patient-centered communication skills and strong clinical reasoning
• Previous outpatient clinical experience preferred but new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy acceptable

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient evaluation and developing treatment plans
• Experience with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
• Ability to perform thorough patient consultations and set measurable goals
• Proficient documentation and outcome measurement skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
