Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations and create individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
- Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s needs
- Monitor, document, and adjust care plans based on patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with clinic staff to coordinate care and ensure positive patient results
Qualifications
- Active Utah Physical Therapist license required
- Demonstrated strong outpatient clinical skills
- Effective communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage a consistent and diverse caseload in an outpatient setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment
- Skilled in clinical documentation and electronic health record use
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interaction
- Caseload management and prioritization
- Ability to modify care plans based on patient response and goals
- Familiarity with outpatient rehab protocols and best practices
