Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care based on assessments and assignments from the primary RN
• Support the nursing team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for every patient
• Help maintain a safe, clean and organized environment to promote excellent care delivery
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and comfort measures
• Observe and report changes in patient status to the RN promptly
• Follow facility policies and documentation standards to support continuity of care

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Active listing on the Montana Nurse Aide Registry required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to work a 4x10 day schedule

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support of the nursing team and effective communication with clinical staff
• Environmental maintenance to help keep patient areas safe and clean
• Basic life support knowledge and emergency awareness
• Attention to detail and reliable documentation habits
