Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
Perform timely assessments, document findings, and communicate changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent care
Respond to patient needs and emergencies with calm, competent action
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record
Promote a safe, respectful environment for patients, families, and colleagues

Qualifications

Current, active RN license (or LPN license — both disciplines considered)
BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS preferred where applicable
Current immunizations and compliance with facility requirements
Minimum clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong skills may be considered
Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to per-diem scheduling

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN for RN, diploma or LPN program for LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment
Medication administration and documentation accuracy
Comfortable using electronic health records and standard clinical tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced overnight environment
Basic knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
