Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and support their dignity
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and report patient condition changes and vital signs to the nursing team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
Support a clean, safe patient environment by following infection-control protocols
Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare staff to deliver great care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — California preferred
BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Previous CNA experience in acute care, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude

Education

Completion of an accredited CNA training program
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and basic clinical skills
Infection control and safety practices
Reliable charting and documentation habits
Time management for efficient 12-hour shifts
Teamwork and clear communication with nursing staff and providers
