Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and one-on-one treatment to help patients regain mobility and independence
• Conduct individualized patient evaluations and assessments to identify goals and needs
• Design and implement goal-directed, customized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic treatments and interventions that improve function and quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and progress
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to maintain gains
• Document clinical findings, progress, and treatment plans accurately and timely
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust plans to maximize recovery and safety

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Montana (licensure assistance available)
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred) from an accredited program
• Experience performing patient evaluations, treatment planning, and direct patient care
• Comfort working in outpatient/clinic settings (experience in multiple settings is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with patients and clinical teams
• Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred or able to obtain

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy considered with appropriate licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient evaluations and individualized treatment planning
• Proficient with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional restoration
• Ability to set measurable, goal-directed treatment plans that drive results
• Comfortable providing hands-on patient treatments and clinical education
• Good clinical documentation and progress-tracking practices
