Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients during assigned shift
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to orders
• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly
• Document patient care, observations, and interventions clearly and timely
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe care environment
• Communicate effectively with patients and families to educate and support care plans

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN licensure (eligible to practice as LPN or RN)
• Comfortable working per diem shifts, including early morning start times
• Ability to perform duties for a 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM day shift reliably
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
