Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality peri-procedural nursing care to patients in the cardiac cath lab
• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after interventional cardiology procedures
• Administer emergency medications confidently and follow ACLS protocols as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, techs, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth case flow
• Document procedures and patient status accurately in MacLab and Meditech
• Operate and assist with GE X-ray equipment and other cath lab devices during procedures
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to urgent cases, including weekends

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (as listed in the job posting)
• Demonstrated cath lab experience and comfort with interventional cardiology procedures (LHC, PCI, TAVR, PPM, Impella, IABP)
• Strong knowledge of emergency medications and ACLS-level response
• Familiarity with MacLab and Meditech documentation systems
• Willingness to participate in on-call scheduling and weekend coverage

Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
