Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care and assist patients with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately and promptly
• Support nursing staff with patient hygiene, mobility, and feeding needs
• Document patient observations and communicate changes to the care team
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
• Build rapport with patients and families to deliver respectful, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required
• Valid state CNA license if applicable
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and adaptable to per diem scheduling
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• CNA certification (required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Fundamentals of patient care and safety
• Vital signs monitoring and basic clinical observation
• Infection control and standard precautions
• Basic documentation and charting skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team
• Time management and prioritization during overnight shifts
