Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient condition, interpreting clinical data to inform timely interventions
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document care in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
• Respond to emergencies and use certifications like ACLS and PALS to support critical situations
• Perform and document specialty-specific skills and competency testing as required
• Maintain compliance with licensing, immunization, and health screening requirements

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (valid for practice) with license verification required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications required
• Ability to complete Trinity skills checklist and specialty competency testing
• Successful completion of fit test, 10-panel drug screen, and required health screenings/vaccinations

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and bedside nursing skills
• Proficiency with BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC protocols
• Familiarity with NIHSS stroke assessment
• Comfortable with skills validation and competency testing processes
• Detail-oriented documentation and electronic charting practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
