Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical-surgical nursing care across multiple med-surg areas as a float RN
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EPIC
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and transitions
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns promptly
• Support admissions, discharges, and unit flow to improve patient experience
• Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and required documentation

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with Nursys verification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing (explicit requirement)
• EPIC experience required — please note it on your profile
• Complete work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days
• Provide skills checklist, references, and required certification card during onboarding
• Upload all demographic info and a badge-appropriate photo to your profile
• Ability to float to all med-surg areas and adapt to varying unit needs

• Proficient in EPIC documentation and electronic charting
• Strong med-surgical patient assessment and clinical judgment
