Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient nursing care in an Allergy and Immunology clinic
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings in EPIC
• Administer Allergy/Immunology injections and immunotherapy when appropriate, following clinic protocols
• Educate patients on treatment plans, injection expectations and self-care
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
• Participate in orientation and clinic processes and support a welcoming patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice; pending state license not accepted
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience required
• Experience with EPIC charting preferred
• Experience giving Allergy/Immunology injections and immunotherapy highly preferred but not required
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Willingness to commit to a 26-week assignment
• Able to interview via Microsoft Teams as part of the hiring process

Education

• Active RN licensure required
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and history taking skills
• Comfortable with immunotherapy protocols and injection administration
• Proficient charting and documentation in EPIC
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows and patient education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines
