Roles & Responsibilities

Perform radiographic imaging procedures accurately and safely, prioritizing patient comfort
Prepare patients and equipment for imaging, ensuring proper positioning and technique
Maintain clear, timely documentation of imaging procedures and patient interactions
Adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols at all times
Collaborate with nurses and physicians to support efficient patient care
Participate in required orientation activities and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
State radiologic technologist licensure (Missouri) or eligibility to obtain licensure
ARRT certification preferred or in progress
Basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Strong patient care skills and ability to work compassionately with diverse populations

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (or equivalent certificate/diploma)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in standard radiographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
Familiarity with digital imaging systems and PACS workflow
Knowledge of radiation safety principles and best practices
Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and clinical teams
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and time-management abilities
