Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized, evidence based treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Track, document, and communicate patient progress to ensure meaningful outcomes
- Collaborate with clinic staff and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care
Qualifications
- Active Utah Physical Therapist license required
- Experience with outpatient physical therapy practices is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills to support recovery and engagement
- Ability to develop goal oriented treatment plans and document outcomes accurately
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy: patient evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions
- Patient progress tracking and documentation best practices
- Collaborative care and working effectively within a rehab team
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands on treatment skills
