Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered evaluations and 45-minute treatments for outpatient therapy caseloads
• Develop individualized treatment plans and progress patients toward measurable goals
• Document thoroughly and timely in the Redoc EMR to ensure continuity of care
• Deliver one-on-one skilled therapy across orthopedic, geriatric, neurological, and vestibular diagnoses
• Collaborate with PT, OT, and SLP colleagues to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes
• Use equipment like Precor, NuStep, treadmill, and offloader safely and effectively in treatment plans

Qualifications

• Current Texas PT license required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred
• Experience or comfort treating orthopedics, geriatrics, neurology, and vestibular patients
• Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Redoc, preferred
• Ability to work daytime outpatient schedule and occasionally cover weekend needs as negotiated

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and outcome-driven interventions
• Familiarity with outpatient therapy workflows and 1:1 patient care
• Proficient using Redoc EMR for documentation
• Experience with Precor, NuStep, treadmill, and offloader equipment
• Strong communication, time management, and patient education skills
• Positive, team-oriented approach and adaptability in a busy outpatient setting
