Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients within scope of LPN practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
Monitor patient condition and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and care transitions with attention to detail
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely charting and follow facility policies and procedures
Support a safe, clean environment and practice infection control standards

Qualifications

Valid LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in Georgia (or compact/state-appropriate licensure)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification — or willingness to obtain
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Previous LPN experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN/Vocational Nursing)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic clinical monitoring
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Electronic charting and accurate recordkeeping
Infection control and safety protocols
Team collaboration and clear communication with multidisciplinary teams
Time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
