Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem, days vary, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (day shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team
Document care interventions clearly and timely in the clinical record
Support patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort with respect and dignity
Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain state licensure)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable with medication administration and routine nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing fundamentals, vital signs, and infection control
Skill in safe medication administration and documentation
Ability to observe, assess, and report changes in patient condition
Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical charting
Compassionate patient care with attention to safety and dignity
