Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly to the care team
Document care, observations, and interventions clearly and timely
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence

Qualifications

Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in good standing
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Demonstrated clinical skills in medication administration and resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliable and professional
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings

Education

Practical nursing diploma or equivalent vocational nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with electronic charting or paper charting processes
Resident-centered care approaches and safety protocols
Effective communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
