Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shift (exact start/end times and days to be confirmed with facility)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Document patient observations, care provided, and any changes in condition
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident comfort and dignity
Participate in shift handoffs and communicate care needs clearly to the team

Qualifications

Active LPN license (required) — Pennsylvania licensure expected for this location
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
Previous experience as an LPN preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply
Reliable, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

LPN diploma or certificate (required)
High school diploma or GED (minimum)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong medication administration and documentation skills
Familiarity with long-term care and resident-centered practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills with residents and team members
Basic assessment skills and the ability to recognize changes in patient condition
Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical setting
