Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem schedule (varies), Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate bedside care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record
Support safe transfers and fall prevention protocols
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (NH or VT preferred)
Ability to pass facility background checks and health screenings
CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Previous experience in long term care or acute care is a plus
Dependable, patient-focused, and a strong team player

Education

Completion of an approved LNA program or equivalent state training
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable with basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, toileting
Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
Strong observational skills and ability to escalate concerns appropriately
Clear, respectful communication with patients, families, and staff
Basic documentation and charting skills
