Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, safe care to patients undergoing CT exams
• Operate CT equipment and perform high-quality diagnostic imaging studies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for CT procedures
• Ensure radiation safety and follow quality control and quality assurance procedures
• Coordinate scheduling and help organize department workflow for smooth patient flow
• Stock and manage supplies so the department runs efficiently
• Collaborate with radiologists and the radiology team to deliver excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Minimum 2 years current CT and X-Ray experience in a hospital setting
• Resume, skills checklist (within last year), and two supervisory references from the last 2 years required for submission
• Travel experience highly preferred; willingness to obtain additional certifications if requested

Education

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred
• ARRT certification required
• BLS (AHA) required

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven competence with CT equipment operation and CT protocols
• Strong X-Ray fundamentals and radiographic positioning skills
• Knowledge of radiation safety principles and QA/QC processes
• Accurate record keeping and familiarity with scheduling workflows
• Comfort working independently during extended weekend coverage
• Clear patient communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting
