Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Room patients with care and precision to set the tone for great visits
Perform vital signs, EKGs, and pulse oximetry with expert accuracy
Master chart preparation, telephone triage, and authorization forms to keep everything running smoothly
Handle pharmacy refills, insurance verification, and office duties that make a real difference in patient care
Float between clinics as needed to support the team and expand your impact

Qualifications

At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant
BLS certification required
MA-C preferred, open to MA-R
EPIC charting experience a must
Reliable personal transportation essential due to travel between clinics

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in adult outpatient clinic operations and office duties
Skilled in cardiology or primary care settings
Expertise with vital signs, height/weight measurements, 12-lead EKGs, and pulse oximetry
Comfortable with rooming patients, insurance verification, and pharmacy interactions
