Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to patients with solid tumor cancers from diagnosis through treatment and end-of-life support
• Monitor telemetry and interpret rhythms to ensure patient safety
• Administer chemotherapy, blood products, and IV therapies with precision
• Manage ports, central lines, and tracheostomies expertly
• Prioritize infection prevention and fall protocols in a high-acuity environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including rapid response and pharmacy
• Float to other MedSurg Oncology units to broaden your impact

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required, ONS Chemo preferred
• 2 years of recent experience, ideally in oncology or med-surg
• Proficiency in EPIC charting
• Previous travel experience preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow

Education

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• Telemetry interpretation and monitoring
• IV therapy, phlebotomy, and central line management
• Chemotherapy administration
• Blood product administration
• Infection prevention and isolation precautions
• Dysrhythmia management and emergency response
• Tracheostomy care
