Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and physical challenges to craft personalized care plans
• Deliver skilled rehabilitative treatments using evidence-based practices and standardized assessments
• Administer therapeutic exercises, ADL retraining, and modalities to boost patient independence
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes for maximum impact
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, families, and caregivers through clear communication and consultations
• Document meticulously in electronic systems and provide comprehensive discharge summaries
• Supervise assistants and participate in care conferences to elevate team performance
• Uphold ethical standards and stay current with trainings to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Oklahoma
• 1+ years of OT experience
• LTC or Rehab experience
• New grads welcome with strong Level II fieldwork (beyond observation)
• Recent skills checklist and resume ready to submit

Education

• Occupational Therapy degree from accredited program
• Eligible for Oklahoma OT licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in cognitive and ADL disorders
• Proficiency with standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions
• Skilled in therapeutic activities, exercises, and assistive devices
• Strong documentation and communication abilities
• Supervisory experience with OT assistants and aides
