Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night 3x12-Hour (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM), every other weekend, holidays required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical respiratory care to adults and peds in a fast-paced ICU environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Chart accurately using Epic to ensure seamless care coordination
Float within scope to support facility needs and make a broader impact
Respond to emergencies with skill and composure during nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

Active RRT license with at least 2 years of experience
Comfortable providing care to both adult and pediatric patients in ICU
Epic charting proficiency
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
No locals within 50-mile radius; must meet return staff policy

Education

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ICU respiratory therapy
Epic documentation mastery
Adaptability to float between like units
Strong handling of diverse patient populations including peds
