Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on occupational therapy to empower patients in their daily activities
Collaborate with the care team to create personalized treatment plans
Assist patients in building skills for independence and improved quality of life
Monitor progress and celebrate milestones with those you serve
Foster a positive, healing environment in every interaction

Qualifications

Active COTA certification and state licensure
Compassionate approach with a passion for patient success
Experience in occupational therapy settings welcomed

Education

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) credential required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong therapeutic techniques and patient assessment skills
Excellent communication and empathy in action
Adaptability to meet diverse patient needs
