Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8 hour day shifts)

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical disorders to help them regain independence
Develop personalized plans of care using evidence-based practices and standardized assessments
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and wound care for optimal recovery
Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and document meticulously to ensure top outcomes
Collaborate with teams, provide counseling to patients and families, and supervise assistants
Deliver comprehensive discharge summaries and participate in care conferences for holistic impact

Qualifications

Oklahoma State PT License required
1 year of PT experience or new grads with Level II fieldwork
LTC or Rehab experience to hit the ground running

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program
Eligible for Oklahoma State Licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in physical therapy interventions including therapeutic exercises and wound care
Strong assessment and evidence-based clinical skills
Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Proficiency in electronic documentation and regulatory compliance
